Arthur Murray Dance Studio, a world leader in ballroom dance has released its Scarborough location schedule of events for the Month of May ’13.

Kicking off with the “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” Metal Ball on May 11th at 21 Old Mill Road, graduating students will come dressed as their favourite characters and wear cocktail summer dresses and black tie suits. During the post-show, instructors will be showcasing various performances and routines. The event will start at 4:00 p.m. followed by a dinner at 6:30 p.m.

The Arthur Murray Brazilian Carnival is scheduled for Friday, May 17th ’13 and will feature a hula hoop competition and a chance to learn carnival line dancing.

From the “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” metal ball on the 11th, to “Dancing in the Diner” on the 24th, we’re getting our students pumped. This is going to be a tremendous month for Arthur Murray Dance Studio at the Scarborough location.

Arthur Murray Studio will feature the “Dancing in the Diner” event on Friday, May 24th which will include a professional dance show followed by 50’s dancing in the diner and an hour of 50’s dance lessons with refreshments, snacks and alcoholic beverages.
